These terms govern bookings and travel with Aerivera Aviation Limited and the use of this website. They are a short, fictional summary for the demonstration.
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference (PNR). Names must match the photo ID each traveller carries. Fares are per person, one way, and include taxes and fees shown before you pay.
2. Fares, changes and refunds
Saver fares can be changed for a fee and are not refundable except for taxes. Flex fares can be changed free of a fee up to 2 hours before departure. Comfort+ fares are fully refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Check-in and boarding
Web check-in opens 48 hours and closes 75 minutes before departure; airport check-in closes 45 minutes before. Boarding closes 25 minutes before departure.
4. Baggage
One cabin bag up to 7 kg on every fare. Checked baggage depends on your fare (15 kg on Flex, 25 kg on Comfort+) and can be added online. Report delayed or damaged bags at the airport within 7 days.
5. Disruption
If we cancel or significantly delay your flight we offer rebooking, a refund, or meals and accommodation as the applicable rules require.
6. AeriMiles
Membership is free. Miles are earned on eligible flights and expire after 36 months without activity. The programme rules apply.
7. Privacy
How we use your personal data is set out in our privacy notice and in the notices shown at booking, check-in and sign-up. You can exercise your rights at privacy.aerivera.com.
8. Complaints
Write to us through Contact us. If we do not resolve it, you may escalate to our appellate authority and then to the regulator.
